These Terms of Service (hereinafter – terms) govern the provision of services by SIA Datakom (hereinafter – datakom, we) and the use of the datakom website and services by users (hereinafter – user, you).

Datakom provides information technology services, including but not limited to:

Development of IT systems.
Maintenance and support of IT systems.

Other IT-related services in accordance with separate agreements.

User obligations

The user undertakes to:
